Our Ministry
Aomori Prefecture is in the Tohoku (Northeastern) Region and
is the northmost prefecture on Japan's main island.
Taeho and Ayumi are currently located in Hirosaki City, Aomori.

Below is a outline for our ministry plan and goal in Aomori. There are other ministry plans that we would love to share with you. Please join our Prayer Team to receive additional information and updates from us!

Hirosaki Gakuin Sei-Ai
Secondary School
Hirosaki Gakuin Sei-Ai Secondary School ("Sei-Ai") is a Christian private school, initially started by a local church and missionaries in 1886. However, like most mission schools in Japan, Sei-Ai remains a huge mission field, having only one or two Christian teachers and students in the school. Taeho serves as a missionary-teacher at the school in the hope of producing many Jesus' disciples in the school.  Our ultimate goal is to build a student fellowship and to start a student-led worship service in Sei-Ai.

Christian Community and
Ministry Support around Hirosaki
Mission is very challenging in rural Japan. Not only that the mission work is exhausting and energy-draining, pastors and missionaries often have to fight against loneliness. As a missionary team, we believe our role is to support churches and ministries nearby and to encourage other pastors and missionaries in the area.

(1) Preaching: There are many muboku (no-pastor) churches in rural Japan due to the rapid decline of pastor population. Taeho will visit muboku churches to preach and encourage them to continue to live and fight for God.

(2) Music Ministry: We will visit churches and ministries in the area to play music (guitar, piano, cajon, or singing) for an event, in a prayer meeting, or even just for a fellowship.
